Monitor Group would like to invite all outstanding graduates to apply for our Junior Consultant position in our Shanghai or Beijing offices. Entry-level con sultants will become an integral part of project teams and work alongside our experienced consultants in delivering value to our client. The consultant expe rience with Monitor Group serves as a key foundation for new graduates to deve lop consulting skills in a wide variety of industries and client settings. As entry-level consultants, you can typically expect to take on more senior consu ltant roles after one year, given demonstrated skills and professional progres s.
Position:Junior Consultant (Shanghai or Beijing office)
To support your growth and development, we offer structured and on-the-job tra ining programs throughout the year:
- Regional orientation on Monitor values and professionalism
- Classroom training on consulting "trade crafts.” For example: business writ ing, research, modelling, slide writing and storylining
- Case team project experience and structured feedback for development
- On top of this, the truly global environment allows entry-level consultants to both contribute to and benefit from state of the art intellectual capital i n distinct strategic domains and a wide range of opportunities across differen t countries in the region.
What we look for:
- Applicants who demonstrate superior academic and extracurricular records fro m outstanding universities all over the world
- Excellent Chinese and English proficiency
- Outstanding analytic and communication skills, as well as team spirit
