You may find that there is no strict border between boss and staff in Cooper. Employees are the bosses of their own work and the owners of the company. We hold roundtable meetings every 2 weeks to enhance the communication between employees and executives, which feather free talk among attendees, senior executives and HR managers, mainly focused on the topics about company’s development, life in Cooper and career development. Every suggestion is cherished and will be paid time to be solved if possible.

Some of Cooper guys say, Cooper means Cooperation. It’s just a joke, but that’s what we are chasing for. We are a team and we work as a team. Cooper China is located in Shanghai and we have offices and division plants all over China. Last year, we accomplished several big projects with the cooperation of the sales, marketing and R&D team. With more and more talents joining us, we are sure to hit even higher height in the coming years.

Balancing work and personal life is a crucial topic for every employee. We recognize the importance of supporting you in meeting the responsibilities the employees will take on as a parent, or as a member of your community.

Annual Party —The annual party of Cooper is held annually before the Spring Festival. At that time, all the employees, including those who are working outside Shanghai, are getting together to celebrate the coming New Year and Cooper’s achievements and growth in the past year.

年会— 库柏的年度聚会每年将于春节前夕举行。届时，包括外地办事的所有库柏员工将齐聚一堂参加这个盛会，来庆祝新的一年的到来和库柏在过去一年的成长和出色表现。



Family Day--We have family day every November and whole Cooper staff will celebrate the warm day together with their family members. It’s not only a family day of an individual family but also a carnival of the whole Cooper family.

家庭日——我们每年11月都会举办家庭日活动。库柏的所有员工将和他们的家人一起欢度这温馨的一天。这不仅仅是每个库柏员工的家庭日，更是库柏这个大家庭的盛会。

Birthday Care--Cooper holds birthday party every month for our employees. Besides, the employees are gifted birthday cake coupon in the birthday month to celebrate the important day with their family.

生日关怀——库柏每月都会为当月生日的员工举办生日会。此外，每位员工在生日当月会得到一份蛋糕礼券与他们的家人一起度过这个重要的日子。

Sports Clubs -- Sometimes you will be surprised at the energy of Cooper guys. Cooper is in its critical period of developing and expanding, which needs the strongest employees to fight for our dream. And we also believe in the old saying that working all day makes Jack a dull boy. Play while play, work while work— that’s our principle.

She Club--Cooper is committed to diversity. We pay more attention to care for the women employees. With the main purpose of helping them better manage their career and enrich their life, we have sponsored She Club. Routinely, we organize the lectures by the women employees succeeding in career with various crucial topics. Moreover, we set up a series of courses the women employees focus on, such as dancing club, women health care and cooking to enrich their life.

女性俱乐部——本着多样性的文化，我们十分关注女性员工的发展并由此成立了女性俱乐部。日常我们会组织一系列由公司成功女性主讲的讲座，就大家关心的职业发展话题开展讨论。此外，我们也为女性员工安排了一系列有针对性的课程，例如舞蹈、瑜伽、女性保健、烹饪等，以丰富她们的生活。

EHS Tips--Cooper attaches more importance on the environment protection. Moreover, we place more emphasis on caring for the employees’ health. Some EHS tips post on the wall of the tearoom of every floor monthly, including some protecting tips for common disease and some office health care.

环保健康小贴士——库柏十分注重对于环境的保护。当然，我们更关注于员工的身体健康。公司每个楼面的茶水间的墙上都张贴着环保健康小贴士，每月定期更换，向我们的员工传达常用的健康知识，如常见疾病的预防，办公室保健等。

Social Citizenship 社会公民身份

As a large transnational corporation, Cooper not only pays attentions to the fast-increased revenue, but places more importance on the establishment of social citizenship as well. We are persistent in providing the environment-protection products. Furthermore, Cooper has performed well in the past. Some products of Cooper take initiative in the conception of ‘Green and Humanity’. Likewise, Cooper has focus on the course of charity these years, including the charity sale and the assistance to the school in mountainous areas assistance.
