管理培训生项目—不怕做不到,就怕你想不到
Mentor and assignment leader: Each trainee is assigned both a mentor and an assignment leader, who will be an experienced team leader, manager or even director. They will assist you in both work and life, helping you best adjust yourself to the new role.
导师和项目指导:每一个培训生都将被安排拥有自己的导师和项目指导,他们会是一些有经验的主管、经理,甚至会是一个部门总监。他们将会指导你的工作和生活,帮助你快速地适应新的角色。
Periodical rotation: In the 2 year training program, our trainees will have different but challenging working assignment in their department. We give you as much exposure as we can, to make you a generalist in the near future.
阶段性的轮岗机会:在为期2年的培训项目中,我们的培训生将在不同的职能部门接受不同但具挑战性的任务。我们所作的,就是培养你们成为“十八般武艺样样会使”的多面手。
Plant tour: Working in an operating plant is the best way you get to know the business. You will have totally different assignment and challenge during the 3-8 months plant visit, which will gift the fresh a better understanding of the whole picture of us.
工厂体验:在工厂工作体验是让我们了解公司业务的最好途径。在3到8个月的工厂体验期间,你们会有机会接触更多艰难的任务和挑战。不过相信一番磨练之后,工厂的经历必将使你收益匪浅,帮助你更为全面地理解和认识公司运营的实质。
Monthly academy and quarterly sharing: Finance trainees, HR trainees, Operation trainees and Commercial trainees…when gathering together, you will find so many common topics and spurt intelligent ideas. Besides, monthly academies are held in each function by senior managers and leaders to deliver the specialized knowledge and techniques.
每月的专业课堂和季度的分享会:虽然大家专业背景不同,工作性质有异,但当所有不同项目的管理培训生齐聚一堂之时,我们却发现原来大家有着那么多共同点,互相交流能让激发无数灵感的火花。此外,每月还安排了由各个培训生项目的资深经理和主管主持的专业课堂,向培训生传授专业的知识和技能。
